Your companion – A love affair with a city
Speaking as an avid traveller, I cherish the deeper connections I’ve made over my years of happy wandering. In my experience, nothing connects you more intimately to a city than being introduced by a native, meeting the people who live and work there, going where they go. It would give me great pleasure to accompany you on your own authentic, immersive Montreal experience.
We’ll meet real Montrealers, visit fascinating places, sample terroir products and experience the true warmth of the city. We’ll stroll the Plateau Mont-Royal, the city’s edgiest yet most inviting quarter, and taste Québécois specialties and signature dishes prepared just for you. I’ll welcome you to my home, where the conversation runs the gamut from travel to wine to food to whatever interests you.
I speak fluent French, English and Spanish. My university career was spent arranging apprenticeships for students majoring in tourism and hospitality. I’ve been a travel agency associate for years, and I’ve been lucky enough to accompany tour groups all over the world. I’m also an active member of the Société d’histoire du Plateau Mont-Royal.
I’m an inherently curious person, an optimist and a bit of an epicure. I adore meeting new people and welcoming them to my Plateau Victorian in the heart of Montreal’s most vibrant quartier. Let me show you the city that Montrealers call home.
