In the heart of the Plateau
For a short story, I bought this house in 1985 from the architect Claude Provencher, who had it renovated a few years earlier. I had a real love at first site when I visited this wonderful duplex, on St. Hubert, perfectly located in regards to the university who hired me, as well as Lafontaine Park and Montreal’s main library. I took great care of it with my partner and I still appreciate living in this beautiful and comfortable house. For many years I organized networking activities within Sylvie’s Salons; I also settled a B&B in this house from 2016 to 2022, with a lot of European visitors who discovered Montreal with me.
Since 2011, I still organize touristic strolls on the Plateau and on the Mont Royal to welcome customers savouring in this cozy home the best of Quebec products, depending on the package chosen.
